Am I loosing fat?

I say, that I am about like the middle man, in the picture, and I want to become like the man on the right side, the slime one:


I guess, that one can also loose fat, by visualizing progress of getting slimmer.

The picture shows, that one does not only have visible fat outside, but one has also fat inside, and around the organs. Which means, that when you loose fat, it will be visible, and also unvisible. Basically, one would loose fat, inside, and on the outside of the body. And it seems like it is the inside fat, pushing the belly outwards, as only the outward fat, would not create such a big belly. You can see that, when you pull your belly in, or, when your belly muscles are trained, or your stomache empty, etc.

I could imagine, that one has to loose the inside fat first, and that one does not see much progress, at first, even if progress is made.

A visualization, or messuring of the amount of existing fat, inside, may help for better controlling to loose fat. As the amount of fat outside is visible. So it might be more interesting, to see and follow, what is happening inside (the body), and how fat loss is making progress, where you normally can't see how it looks.

My common sense says, that the best way to get slim, is to avoid fat in food, respectively, reduce the fat consumption as low as possible.

It would be a no brainer, instead of counting calories, to avoid eating meat for a while (maybe a year or two, or for ever), but eat vegetable and fish, etc.

Loosing weight should be fun and enjoyable, with tasty salades and vegie dishes.

You get to be your own "doctor feelgood". Stick to what sort of food, makes you really feel good. And it surely wont be the food that contains a lot of fat...

If you look at the picture, you see, the it is not about the muscles, but that it is about inside fat, that pushes the belly outwards, making people assume, that the existing outside fat is more fat, than it effectively is. Maybe just think, that about half of that fat is inside, and half of the fat, is outside. And it would make more sense, to loose more fat, inside first, while still having a lot of fat ouside. What you see, is not what your loosing: You might be loosing more fat, than you can visualize ( or less fat, if there is not much fat loss happening inside of the body).

However, a good measurement for progress, may simply be, how you feel. If you feel healthy. And if you get to feel more healthy, during your endeavours to get slimmer.
